Background /
With an aging demographic, many of whom have worked hard and are looking forward to enjoying their lives as seniors, there is an immense opportunity to re-think seniors communities and to earn market share in a rapidly expanding and profitable industry.
Challenge /
As a franchise-ready model, each Bria property needs a degree of autonomy over its own section on the main site. The website needed to to accomodate the needs of multiple managers, in addition to being an engaging experience for residents and family members.
Solution /
Kolke created a scalable website built on an open source platform. The home page engages seniors by providing them with an easy way to connect with various social groups and by offering them helpful information regarding Bria Communities.
