Summary /
The successful applicant will be responsible for the development and oversight of new business accounts, while upholding the mission and values of the agency.

Apply if you are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about current trends in branding and creative outreach, you have a strong understanding of brand-centric communications, and you are currently or recently employed in the marketing communications field either as an agency account handler or in sales and business development. Agency experience is preferred.
You’ll lead business development, and contribute to the creation of new business strategies.You will be supported with strong internal resources for creative development, project management and production, and will be responsible for identifying specific, solid leads and developing new client relationships.
You’ll assist with day-to-day client contact and help drive existing client accounts. You will also assist in developing advertising plans, integrated ideas and solutions, and creative strategies.
The role offers a substantial performance-based commission upside, basic salary, comprehensive benefits, a positive working environment with a dedicated team.
Desired Skills and Experience /
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three or more years of relevant experience in sales and account development, agency side preferred
- Organized and able to lead business development
- Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
