Background /
Century Group is a property developer who is making giant strides toward being a model of sustainable design and community-centric planning. Their highly developed philosophy of design—regarding walkable neighbourhoods, public transportation, range of place, aging in place, and quality durable construction—sets them apart in their industry category.
Challenge /
Property developers tend to have a poor public perception given a prevelant bottom-line approach to construction. Our challenge was to communicate Century Group’s forward-thinking approach that characterizes the brand.
Solution /
In the course of creating a strategy with Century Group, Kolke developed the ‘Find Your Place’ concept as a vehicle for the brand to connect to customers and express it’s values. Real people living in a range of well-planned sustainable communities fuels the visual expression of the concept.
