Background /
With an aging demographic, many of whom have worked hard and are looking forward to enjoying their lives as seniors, there is an immense opportunity to re-think seniors communities and to earn market share in a rapidly expanding and profitable industry.
Challenge /
There are more than a few seniors residences around the Lower Mainland. Many offer similar benefits and highlights. Our main challenge was to highlight Bria’s differences and appealing qualities in a way that stood out from the crowd.
Solution /
Over the course of competitive market research, we determined a direction for the brand that focuses on living life, new beginnings, freedom and independence. Bria is a vivacious and energetic brand. It’s not overly polished – it’s real. It’s a brand that encourages seniors to live and experience adventure and do so with a sense of humour.
Bria has launched one new community already this year. The brand has been built for growth, and is part of an aggressive long-term strategy that supports the participation of multiple strategic partners.
